Our Team
Blake Walker
Blake is the owner of Walker Land & Auction Services, as well as one of our Auctioneers and Real Estate Agents. He is a traveling Auctioneer who works with Athens Regional Stockyard, Dealers Auto Auction of East Tennessee, and Dealers Auto Auction of Chattanooga. On the weekends, you can often find Blake helping fellow auctioneers work their sales. He also proudly holds the title of 2026 WAAC World Champion Auctioneer – Team Division! I would say Blake enjoys doing something fun in his downtime, but that’s a pretty rare sight! He is always on the go, working hard and helping grow the business. We are thankful for Blake and all of his hard work and dedication to Walker Land & Auction Services!
Sarah Lawrence
Sarah is our Office Coordinator and also holds a Real Estate License. You can often find her managing the business throughout the week from behind the counter, but don’t be surprised if you see her out on a piece of equipment loading or unloading customers! Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys the horse industry, raising and showing Tennessee Walking Horse colts, as well as farming. She has a passion for the auction business and especially appreciates the many friends and family it has brought into her life. We appreciate Sarah and all of the hard work she puts into Walker Land & Auction Services!
BJ Brown
BJ is our Broker and the owner of Crye-Leike Brown Realty & Auction. He works hard to make sure every transaction goes smoothly and also provides real estate auction services. Outside of work, BJ enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also always willing to lend a helping hand and help anyone in need whenever he gets the opportunity. We truly could not ask for a better Broker, and we are thankful for BJ and everything he does for our team and our customers!
Colt Thomas
Colt is our Yard Assistant and Salesman. You can often find him helping customers with their everyday equipment purchases and assisting with the retail equipment we have available on the lot. When he’s not at the yard, you can find Colt on the football field, hunting, or riding ATVs. We are super proud of the young man Colt is becoming and are very thankful to have him as part of the Walker Land & Auction Services team!
Franklin Cagle
You often see Franklin around the Equipment Yard, loading and unloading equipment and helping wherever he is needed. Franklin is a recent graduate of the Texas Auction Academy and plans to pursue his career as an Auctioneer. When he’s not at the yard, Franklin enjoys hunting and riding ATVs. We are thankful to have Franklin on our team and appreciate all he does for Walker Land & Auction!
Dalton Simmons
Dalton is our Yard Assistant, Salesman, Mechanic, and Truck Driver — and honestly, Dalton can do it all! Whether he’s helping customers, working on equipment, driving trucks, or keeping things moving around the yard, Dalton is always willing to jump in and get the job done. We consider him the jack of all trades around Walker Land & Auction Services! When he’s not working, Dalton enjoys spending time on the lake, working in the hay field, and spending time with his family. We are thankful to have Dalton on our team and appreciate everything he does for Walker Land & Auction Services!
