Auction Terms & Conditions
Payment: Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the auction.
Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. accepts the following forms of payment:
Cash, Personal checks (Bank letter of credit from persons unknown by auction firm)
Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). 4 % CC Fee
The Auctioneer Reserves the right to require certified funds for any purchase items at anytime.
ONLINE BIDDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUCTIONEER. AUCTIONEER HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST SECURE FUNDS AT ANY TIME. Cash will be accepted the following day IF a PRIOR arrangement is made with the auctioneer.
FIREARMS
All bidders must meet all State & Federal gun laws requirements and be of legal age to bid on guns and ammunition.
$25 Transfer fee on the First gun each additional gun will be $15 per gun
Walker Land and Auction Services LLC will handle all paperwork, and gun transfers. Out of state buyers, please note all guns and firearms must be transferred to an authorized Federal Firearms Licensed gun dealer in your area, all handling, packaging & shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Out of state buyers will need to supply FFL information for transfer. All FFL transfers/pickups need to be completed within 15 days.
All Items must be paid for within one week of auction completion, NO EXCEPTIONS! If gun/guns are not picked up during scheduled pickup times you will need to pick up by appointment only, not to exceed a week after auction close. For pickup appointment contact our office 423-533-2232
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and with all added qualities not listed as well.

By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction.
Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion.
For internet-only auctions, Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
Nothing to be removed until paid for. All sales final!
Items must be removed within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made with Walker Land and Auction Services LLC., if Items are not picked up storage fees will apply when you pick your item up.
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder when the auctioneer says, "SOLD." and the bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property after that time. Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
Removal Assistance: All items in this auction may be picked up once Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. assumes no liability for injuries or damages during removal of items. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property. Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
Shipping: If shipping is required you will need to contact us prior to the auction closing. You can contact our office 423-533-2232. If shipping is required and okayed by Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. We will ship your items in house and charge the card that you have on file.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 12% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

No Buybacks:

Buyer's Premium:
A buyer's premium of 12% bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot.
Payment:

Outbid Notification:
The bidding software will notify bidders when they have been outbid.
Buyer Default:
If, after the Payment Period has ended, the Buyer does not make full payment in accordance with the terms set forth above, the Buyer is considered in default and their Auction Item(s) will be re-listed in an Online Auction and a 15% re-listing fee (which You agree is a reasonable estimate of the minimum damages incurred by Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. as a result of Your failure) will be charged to their account. The re-listing fee is based upon the original selling price of the Auction Item. By registering a valid credit card with Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. the Buyer authorizes Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. to charge applicable re-listing fees to the credit card.
Debt Collection and Interest Charges:
The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. .
Guaranty Agreement:
By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
Limitation of Liability:
If, for any reason, Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. , if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
Age Requirement:
All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bidder Information and Security:
All registration information the bidder provides to Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Walker Land and Auction Services LLC. if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
